We are proud to announce that we have recently achieved certification in the internationally recognised ISO 27001:2022 and ISO 9001:2015 Management Standard, with ISO Quality Services Limited.

A copy of our certification is available upon request.

As part of the ongoing audit process, an assessor will conduct two external visits per year. These comprise of a support meeting, which is used to continually improve and grow our management system/s, and an annual re-certification audit. Having two visits a year means that our compliance is consistently assessed to the correct level of compliance.

ISO 9001: What is it?

A Quality Management System is a systematic and process driven approach to managing the business. It is designed to support the company in ensuring that you meet and exceed the needs of their customers, whilst delivering a consistent level of quality and satisfaction.

ISO 27001: What is it?

An Information Security Management System is a systematic and pro-active approach to effectively manage risks to the security of your company’s confidential information. The system promotes efficient management of sensitive corporate information, identifying vulnerabilities to ensure it is adequately protected against potential threats. It encompasses premises security, people, process and IT systems.
